Memorial Day!

Mayfest Fort Worth

It feels like we were preparing for the 2013 Mayfest just yesterday. We are excited to be part of the 2014 Mayfest event in Fort Worth, taking place next week!

Our recommendations for parking/getting to this event are the following:

1.      Park your vehicle at LaGrave Field for FREE & catch a ride to the event on our shuttles for FREE

2.      Bring $10 cash and park in the Farrington Field Lot–if you don’t have cash you will be asked to turn around and exit.

Red Balloon Run & Ride

There is still time to sign up for the annual Red Balloon & Ride! The event raises money for Children’s Medical Center. We will be present to shuttle participants to and from the start/finish line. The spring is pace is picking up! We've had two very busy weekends in a row. Just this past week we celebrated our VP, Debbie Travis’s birthday; she has been with the company for 20 years. This past weekend was the Texas Motor Speedway Duck Commander 500 Race. Our sister company takes control of the parking & traffic control during these busy weekends. April Showers Brings May Flowers

Rain has been sweeping across the nation! In our busy lives sometimes we forget the simplest of things, like checking our windshield wipers. As with any other season your vehicle needs to be prepared for the weather conditions so that you are a better driver. Check your windshield wipers today, if they need replaced visit your local automotive shop. Many stores have a book or electronic tool to assist in getting the proper wipers for your vehicle.

Golf tournaments bring people in from around the world. The next time you are planning a golf tournament consider a few things. One, are you bringing any celebrity players? DFW Auto Show Shuttles

This past weekend was the DFW Auto Show. Did you go? There is an awesome showing of vehicles every year. The parking lots around the Dallas Convention Center fill up so quickly that the event requires shuttles. We have been the event transportation provider for many years and look forward to it each year.  For your upcoming events, consider using our services. It is a safe and quick way to transport guests to and from parking lots & event location.

Race Day Transportation!

DFW is a hot spot for athletic competitions. Many of these are fun runs, ½ & full marathons, along with many other races. Whether you plan to run, support or organize a race we want to hear from you. A number of races require participants to park away from the actual start/finish line. ATT suggests contacting us to organize shuttles to and from the parking lot. It is a wonderful service that can definitely help with crowd control. Groundhog Day!

This past Sunday was ground hog day. Unfortunately, he saw his shadow!  We personally would like to see spring! The winter has been difficult for many across the country. Road conditions within the last couple of weeks have ranged in ice, snow and vehicle accidents. Although the spring typically brings rain, it is a more manageable weather condition to drive through. As we talk about spring, we recommend checking your windshield wipers. Auto shops offer books and computers to help you find the right fit for your windshield wipers!

Valentine's Day

Do you love Valentine’s Day? Do you hate Valentine’s Day? There are about two weeks until the hearts and candy and flowers coming pouring out of the woodwork. If you are going to celebrate with a special someone consider luxury transportation to give the VIP treatment for a night out on the town or even a pick up at the airport. Winter Weddings

Getting ready to say “I Do”? If you are a Bride, Groom or Planner something to consider while planning the big day is transportation. And we don't mean only your getaway car but also guests. What's tough about Winter?

Texas is lucky in a number of ways. The temperatures typically stay above freezing and the sun is usually seen. Tough days are when the temperatures are frigid, roads freeze and vehicles seem ill-equipped. A few ways to make sure that you make it through the winter are to check the car battery often, keep gas in the tank (at least half a tank), and ensure that the washer fluid is able to withstand freezing temperatures. Also…just a personal recommendation, once freezing temperatures and road conditions subside wash your car! The salt and deicing fluid can do a number on vehicle paint and your ability to see.

New Year

It is officially 2014! We wrapped up 2013 with two bowl games, four teams and a bunch of fun. Although the year has only begun we are already thinking about the upcoming events coming to the DFW area. One event sticks out in particular….the NCAA Men’s Final Four! The event is going to be packed with things to do. We want to make sure that if you are planning on attending any and or all of the events associated with the Final Four that you consider transportation.
