Winter Weddings

Getting ready to say “I Do”? If you are a Bride, Groom or Planner something to consider while planning the big day is transportation. And we don't mean only your getaway car but also guests. Transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony & reception can be especially helpful for those coming from out of town as well as those that indulge in the festivities and cannot safely make it back. What's tough about Winter?

Texas is lucky in a number of ways. The temperatures typically stay above freezing and the sun is usually seen. Tough days are when the temperatures are frigid, roads freeze and vehicles seem ill-equipped. A few ways to make sure that you make it through the winter are to check the car battery often, keep gas in the tank (at least half a tank), and ensure that the washer fluid is able to withstand freezing temperatures. Also…just a personal recommendation, once freezing temperatures and road conditions subside wash your car! The salt and deicing fluid can do a number on vehicle paint and your ability to see.

New Year

It is officially 2014! We wrapped up 2013 with two bowl games, four teams and a bunch of fun. Although the year has only begun we are already thinking about the upcoming events coming to the DFW area. One event sticks out in particular….the NCAA Men’s Final Four! The event is going to be packed with things to do. We want to make sure that if you are planning on attending any and or all of the events associated with the Final Four that you consider transportation.
